FERREA Reinforced Intake Valves for 2.5 TFSI Engines

FERREA intake valves are made of high-strength steel for all 2.5L TFSI engines, including those used in Audi TT RS and Audi RS3 models.

Standard valves in the Audi 2.5L TFSI engine have a significant weakness: they can fail in engines with significantly increased power or high mileage. Standard valves are hollow and sodium-cooled, and their thin valve stem leaves little material to protect the valve.

Note: For +1 mm valves, the valve seat must be machined to fit.

Installation Recommendation

When installing new Dreinut valves, it is always recommended to use new OEM valve cotters. This ensures proper valve seating. Worn cotters can cause play, preventing the valve from seating correctly.
