Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

With adjustable lowering links, the ride height of the Audi A7 C8's front and rear axles can be precisely adjusted, creating a balanced, refined stance for the car. The system utilizes the car's original suspension structure, and installation does not require coding or a separate electronic control module.

Lowering is achieved by changing the mechanical reference point of the height sensors. After installation, the ride height can be easily fine-tuned directly on the car.

The actual final ride height depends, among other things, on the car's original calibration, the active suspension mode, the car's load, tire pressures, and wheel and tire size.

When significantly lowering the vehicle, always check the clearance between the tire and body structures, the suspension travel, and the car's suitability for the road network to be used.

Operating Principle

Factory-installed height sensors measure the suspension position using mechanical links. When the original fixed-length sensor links are replaced with adjustable lowering links, the mechanical reference transmitted to the height sensor changes.

The suspension control unit interprets this altered position data and adjusts the car's height accordingly. This way, the car's static ride height can be lowered without software changes, coding, or a separate module affecting the electrical signal.

The car's original automatic ride height adjustment and selectable suspension modes remain operational.

However, the chosen lowering height affects the suspension's available travel, wheel alignment, and handling. Therefore, the final adjustment should be made according to the car's actual use and the tire-wheel combination used.

Installation and Adjustment

Installation time for an experienced installer is typically around 60–90 minutes.

Installation should be performed on a level surface and in accordance with the car manufacturer's instructions for air suspension and lifting. Original height sensors and their mounts should be handled with care.

Before adjustment, it is advisable to measure the car's initial height. The length of the lowering links should be adjusted in small, even increments to achieve the desired height ratio for the front and rear axles.

Once the desired ride height is achieved and the suspension has settled, the following should be checked:

• wheel alignment
• clearance between tires and body structures
• suspension travel
• secure locking of lowering links and mounts

Incorrect installation or excessive lowering can cause uneven tire wear, reduced suspension travel, or contact with surrounding structures.
