If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
Terms for product returns:
- You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
- The products must be unused and without damages
- Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
- For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
- Shipping costs are not refunded
For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products
If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

The exhaust system can be ordered in two different versions:
*With ECE approval*
Only when choosing with the Bull-X Tronic control unit
An ECE approved exhaust system does not require a modification inspection and is approved for road use. When driving, you can choose between Comfort and Sport modes for how the flaps operate. If your car has a driving mode selector, you can also control the flaps this way. For vehicles without a driving mode selector, the flaps can be controlled with the separate on/off button included. The button is backlit, with the light on the flaps are closed and with the light off the flaps are open. The exhaust flaps are controlled within the limits allowed by ECE approval, regardless of the driving mode.
Bull-X Tronic offers two options for the exhaust flaps
- Sport (Dynamic, Race): Within the limits allowed by ECE approval, the flap is always in the open position. When the car is stationary, the flap is always in the closed position.
- Comfort mode: The flap is always in the closed position, but within the limits allowed by ECE approval, the flap opens when at least 75% throttle is applied while the car is moving.
*Without ECE approval*:
If you choose one of these three options, Bull-X Tronic "Race", flap controller with switch or flap controller with remote control, the product is not ECE approved
Bull-X Tronic "Race" differs from the ECE approved model in that the exhaust flap can be opened even when stationary, but when driving, depending on the driving mode and throttle position, the flap is controlled in the same way as the ECE approved model.
