With our reinforced clutch, the full potential of performance enhancement can be exploited. An essential upgrade for any tuned engine with a DSG transmission and torque exceeding 800 Nm.
Unfortunately, standard clutch baskets are not designed for high performance and break very easily. In the worst case, there is a risk of serious transmission damage.
With our BAR-TEK® clutch kit, this problem is a thing of the past. While the original clutch in engines with DSG-DQ500 transmission often starts slipping at around 500–550 Nm of torque, our kit allows fast shifts without loss of traction – and at full power up to 1000 Nm.
This means that torque does not need to be limited, as is often necessary, but you can utilize the full extent of the power increase. Our reinforced clutches have already been tested and proven in motorsport, so you don't have to worry about the high wear of a standard clutch.
