The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days.
If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch.
Terms for product returns:
- You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
- The products must be unused and without damages
- Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
- For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
- Shipping costs are not refunded
For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products
If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.
In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

The exhaust can be ordered in two different versions:
*With ECE approval*
Only when choosing Bull-X Tronic with a controller
The ECE approved pipework does not require a modification inspection and is approved for road use. When driving, you can choose between Comfort and Sport modes for how the flaps work. If your car has a driving mode selector, you can also control the flaps that way. Vehicles without a driving mode selector can control the flaps with the separate on/off button that comes with the car. The button is backlit, the flaps are closed when the light is on, and the flaps are open when the light is off. The exhaust flaps are controlled within the limits allowed by the ECE approval, regardless of the driving mode.
Bull-X Tronic offers two options for exhaust pipe openings
- Sport (Dynamic, Race): Within the limits allowed by ECE approval, the flap is always in the open position. When the car is stationary, the flap is always in the closed position.
- Comfort mode: The flap is always in the closed position, but within the limits allowed by ECE approval, the flap opens when the throttle is applied at least 75% while the car is moving.

If you choose one of these three options, Bull-X Tronic "Race" , flap controller with switch or flap controller with remote control , product is not ECE approved
The Bull-X Tronic "Race" differs from the ECE approved model in that the exhaust flap can be set to the open position even when stationary, but when driving, depending on the driving mode and throttle position, the flap is controlled like the ECE approved model.
