PERFORMANCE

Manifold wrap creates a thermal shield around the individual pipes of the exhaust manifold, keeping the pipes insulated and the exhaust gases hotter. As we know, hotter gas flows out faster through the downpipe and exhaust system, which improves efficiency. In turbocharged engines, manifold wrap can also improve the spool time of the turbo.

PROTECTION

Protects sensitive components by isolating heat radiating from the exhaust manifold. Sensors, engine control units and wiring harnesses, for example, can be very sensitive to heat - the wrap effectively protects them.

RELIABILITY

Titanium exhaust manifold wrap helps significantly reduce engine compartment temperatures. Have you ever seen intake air temperatures rise when the exhaust manifold runs close to the intake side, or the brake fluid reservoir boiling over the exhaust manifold? This wrap prevents these problems. By simply insulating the piping, the exhaust heat is kept inside the wrap, the overall engine compartment temperature is reduced, and the reliability of all components is improved.
