The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days.

If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

This condition applies to the following product categories:

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

FULL POWER FROM ANY TRANSMISSION

2021 and later and some 2019-2020 models feature a Gen 2 Transmission Control Unit (TCU) with advanced factory-level security that prevents programming. The standard TCU software includes limiters that cut engine power when torque limits generated by ECU programming are exceeded.

For Q5 models equipped with a locked TCU, our calibration team has recoded the engine control unit (ECU) to properly manage torque signals between the engine and transmission. This advanced strategy allows for full horsepower and torque levels to be safely achieved even without TCU programming.

Included in all Stage levels and octane options.

Q5 2.0T STAGE 2

Ready for more? iE Stage 2 ECU programming with an upgraded downpipe delivers maximum performance from the stock engine and turbocharger: up to 337-377 hp and 410-456 ft-lb of torque. Acceleration is improved across the powerband, with options for 91, 93, 104 or TrueFlex ethanol fuels.

Stage 2 includes an aggressive exhaust note in sport mode.

Upgrading from Stage 1 to Stage 2 or beyond is easy. With iE, you only pay the difference in software price, with no additional fees. Once the required hardware is installed, follow the instructions in the IE POWERlink app and purchase the upgrade – you’ll be up and running in minutes.

UPDATE GUIDE

While Stage 1 does not require hardware upgrades, upgrading the intake system and intercooler will improve airflow, lower intake air temperatures, and speed up the recovery of thermal management.

COMPATIBILITY

Important:
Engine ECU programming is only compatible with 2017-2020 model years and will not work on new 2021+ ECU versions. Transmission TCU programming is only compatible with DL382 DSG Gen 1 transmissions mainly up to 2020. In some rare cases, 2019-2020 models may have an unsupported Gen 2 TCU.
