Terms for product returns:

  • You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
  • The products must be unused and without damages
  • Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
  • For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

Combining sporty driving characteristics with an impressive appearance, the KW V1 coilover suspension kit is the perfect choice for drivers who want to enhance their driving experience without compromising on comfort. The factory-optimized damping ensures an excellent balance between sportiness and everyday usability.

The KW V1 is the entry-level solution in the range, but without compromising on quality: stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs, and carefully selected components guarantee longevity and reliable performance – often for the entire lifespan of the car.

Continuous Height Adjustment

The KW V1 suspension allows for a vehicle-specific tested lowering range, typically around 30–70 mm or 50–90 mm. The height can be continuously adjusted even after years of use thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and composite adjustment collar.

  • On the front axle, height adjustment is done with an integrated adjustment unit
  • On the rear axle, adjustment depends on the suspension design (combined or separate spring/damper)
  • The rear adjustment element is placed either above or below the spring, depending on the model
