If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

For drivers who want more than just a striking appearance and lowering within the tested adjustment range, KW V2 offers a complete suspension solution.

Stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant components, and excellent durability make the KW V2 a long-lasting choice. Additionally, 16-click rebound damping adjustment allows for fine-tuning the suspension to your preferences.

More comfort or more sportiness – the choice is yours

As with all KW coilover suspensions, the KW V2's damping settings are developed specifically for each vehicle. Every suspension undergoes extensive testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and at KW's 7-post driving dynamics center.

Thanks to the KW coilover suspension, the driving feel becomes more dynamic and direct. With adjustable rebound damping, the KW V2 gives the driver more control over the car's handling and comfort.

With 16 precise clicks, KW shock absorbers can be adjusted to be stiffer or more comfortable without altering the function of the compression damping's lower valve.

Depending on the vehicle, the rebound adjustment for KW's twin-tube shock absorbers is done from the top of the piston rod, either with an integrated adjustment wheel or with the supplied adjustment tool.

By increasing rebound damping, body movements are reduced, which improves car stability, especially in high-speed cornering. If, for example, larger rims and tires (approved by the car manufacturer) are fitted, the KW V2 allows the car's driving behavior to be perfectly adapted to the new tire and rim set.

Every individual shock absorber and suspension kit is thoroughly tested. As a German manufacturer, we offer a two-year warranty for our more than 4600 suspension applications, exceeding OEM quality standards. The warranty can be extended up to five years when installed by an authorized KW dealer.

KW coilover struts are 100% rust-free and designed to withstand all weather conditions. All components are made for long-term use. After salt spray tests, no oxidation was detected in KW struts, and height adjustment still works flawlessly even after years.
