If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

It combines moderate lowering with a vehicle-specific adjustment range of 10-40 mm and comfort-oriented damping adjustment, which was developed by KW test engineers in numerous everyday drives and on KW's own 7-post test bench .

Whether on long motorway journeys or on the open road, the KW V2 Comfort coilovers offer a pleasant and balanced driving experience. The shorter KW shock absorber bodies allow for comfortable adjustment despite the lowering.

The KW V2 Comfort coilovers feature comfort-oriented damper and spring characteristics that are perfectly matched to each other. In addition, the chassis allows for individual adjustment of the rebound damping to suit the driver's driving style and personal comfort requirements.

Adjustable comfort – “no more hard work”

With KW V2 Comfort coilovers you can influence both handling and comfort by individually adjusting the rebound damping. 16 precise click settings allow you to adjust the dampers to be softer or slightly firmer without affecting the compression damping.

By increasing the rebound damping, body movements are reduced, which improves directional stability and cornering characteristics. If you change to larger wheel and tire combinations than the original, you can fine-tune the rebound damping to match the car's driving style and the new alloy wheels perfectly. Alternatively, you can lighten the damping with a few adjustments for even more ride comfort - just as you would expect from a good sports chassis.

Lowering 10–40 mm

The KW V2 Comfort coilovers (inox-line) made of stainless steel enable vehicle-specific lowering in a tested adjustment range of 10–40 mm . You no longer have to accept the compromises of fixed lowering spring sets.

Careful workmanship and high-quality components ensure that the KW V2 Comfort shock absorbers made of stainless steel are 100% corrosion-resistant and extremely durable.

Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and composite adjustment nut, the height adjustment works reliably even after years of use. The individual lowering adjustment also allows you to subtly emphasize the vehicle's sporty appearance.
