If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

To ensure the perfect chassis, we conduct tests on KW's 7-post test rig and extensive driving tests on country roads, motorways, and even the Nürburgring Nordschleife. For years, the KW V3 has been one of the top aftermarket products and the benchmark for coilover suspensions. Just like in the KW Racing series coilover suspensions, the compression and rebound damping in the KW V3 are independently adjustable. This individual adjustment capability is highly valued by car manufacturers, tuners, and drivers worldwide.

The Perfect Suspension for Enhanced Driving Pleasure

If your vehicle has already undergone performance-enhancing modifications, the KW V3 complements them perfectly. The patented KW valve technology allows for separate adjustment of compression and rebound damping, enabling the suspension to be individually tuned. The adjustable KW bottom valve allows for fine-tuning of the low-speed compression damping with 12 precise clicks.

No separate tools are needed, as the compression damping adjustment is made directly via a dial on the lower part of the stainless steel housing. This allows for control of body roll without altering the spring rate.

The individually adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3 directly affects handling and comfort. Adjustment is made, depending on the vehicle, either via an integrated dial on the upper part of the piston rod or with the supplied adjustment tool.

By increasing rebound damping, body movements can be reduced, and driving stability improved, especially at high speeds and during cornering. For example, when switching to larger, manufacturer-approved wheel and tire sizes, the KW V3 allows for precise optimization of handling.

As a result, KW can offer up to a five-year warranty when installed by an authorized dealer. The stainless steel inox-line construction is completely rust-free and extremely durable.
