If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Overview

The Radium Engineering PCV Catch Can Kit is designed to improve the crankcase ventilation system on the 2009–2015 Cadillac CTS-V.

The catch can installs inline between the PCV valve and the intake manifold, capturing oil vapor, fuel residue, and sludge before they enter the intake system. The sealed Fluid Lock® design maintains proper crankcase ventilation while helping keep the intake manifold cleaner and improving long-term engine performance.

Description

Beginning with the Gen IV LS engines in 2004, General Motors replaced the traditional PCV valve with a 2.5 mm fixed orifice to reduce manufacturing costs and eliminate a serviceable component.

A conventional PCV valve helps maintain negative crankcase pressure, prevents boost pressure from entering the crankcase, and reduces the risk of crankcase ignition during an engine backfire.

The Radium Engineering PCV Catch Can Kit improves the LSA crankcase ventilation system by installing inline between the PCV valve and the intake manifold. The included mounting bracket replaces the factory intercooler coolant filler bracket for a clean OEM-style installation.

Because the factory 2.5 mm orifice is restrictive, the kit includes a baffled replacement oil cap to improve crankcase ventilation and capture more blow-by gases.

During idle, cruising, and deceleration, the catch can removes crankcase vapors, unburned fuel, and oil sludge before they reach the intake manifold.
