Overview
Radium Engineering Fluid Lock® catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.
The kit mounts using factory mounting locations and integrates seamlessly with surrounding engine components. It operates as a fully closed-loop system and does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions and track legal while promoting negative crankcase pressure and preventing unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin.
Built-in dipsticks allow quick inspection of collected fluid, and installation requires no cutting, drilling, or permanent vehicle modifications.

Description
The 20-0565 PCV Catch Can Kit installs inline between the factory PCV valve and the intake manifold while retaining full OEM functionality. It mounts on the left-hand side of the engine compartment using factory mounting points.
When intake manifold pressure is at or above atmospheric pressure, the PCV check valve closes and there is no flow through the system. During idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration, the PCV system experiences metered vacuum that would normally draw crankcase vapors, unburned fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold.
The Fluid Lock® catch can captures these contaminants before they enter the intake manifold, helping maintain cleaner intake components and supporting long-term engine performance.
Because the Fluid Lock® catch can is pressure sealed, no additional inline check valve is required, allowing direct connection to the intake manifold.
Notes
- Not directly compatible with 2008–2011 GT-R models that were not equipped with the factory strut bar.
- Compatible with and recommended to be used alongside the 20-0555 Dual CCV Catch Can Kit for complete crankcase ventilation protection.
- No inline check valve is required because the Fluid Lock® catch can is pressure sealed.
- On right-hand drive vehicles, minor modifications may be required for catch can mounting.
