If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Overview

This Radium Engineering Dual Catch Can Kit is specifically designed for the RB26DETT engine and provides complete crankcase ventilation protection by combining both the PCV and CCV catch can systems.

The system retains true factory PCV operation while capturing oil vapor, moisture, fuel residue, and other blow-by contaminants before they enter the intake system. The catch cans operate as fully closed-loop systems and do not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making them emissions and track legal while promoting negative crankcase pressure and preventing unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin.

The kit includes replacement press-fit valve cover fittings and a large 10AN crossover hose that balances the intake and exhaust sides of the crankcase as originally intended by Nissan. Installation uses factory mounting locations with no cutting, drilling, or permanent vehicle modifications required.

Each Fluid Lock® catch can features large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick for easy fluid inspection.

Description

The dual catch can system combines dedicated PCV and CCV catch cans to provide maximum engine protection.

The PCV catch can mounts to the threaded bosses on the front right-hand strut tower and installs inline between the valve cover crankcase vents and the PCV valve on the vacuum chamber. During idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration, it captures metered crankcase vapors, unburned fuel, and oil sludge before they enter the intake manifold.

The CCV catch can mounts to the windshield wiper motor on the left-hand side of the firewall and installs inline between the valve cover crankcase vents and the turbo inlet pipe. During high engine load (WOT), it captures oil vapor and blow-by contaminants before they reach the intake piping and intercooler, helping maintain intercooler efficiency and engine performance.

Because the Fluid Lock® catch cans are pressure sealed, no additional inline check valve is required.
