Radium Engineering Dual Catch Can Kit - Toyota Tacoma 05-23 Fluid Lock
Compatibility
- 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma (V6 Models)
Overview
Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.
The kits mount using factory mounting holes and integrate seamlessly with surrounding engine components.
The closed-loop system does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions and track legal. It removes oil and sludge from the PCV gases before they are routed back into the engine for combustion. The system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for improved performance while preventing unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin.
The integrated dipstick allows for easy inspection of collected fluid. No cutting, drilling, or permanent vehicle modifications are required.
20-0838-FL Catch Can Kit, PCV, 05-23 Tacoma, Fluid Lock
The PCV catch can installs inline between the PCV valve and the intake manifold.
When the intake manifold pressure is close to or greater than atmospheric pressure, the PCV check valves close and no flow occurs through the hoses. During idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration, the PCV system experiences metered vacuum, preventing unwanted crankcase vapors, unburned fuel, and oil sludge from entering the intake manifold after high-load driving.
Because Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, no inline check valve is required, allowing a direct connection to the intake manifold.
Includes

20-0839-FL Catch Can Kit, CCV, 05-23 Tacoma, Fluid Lock
The CCV catch can mounts to factory threaded bosses on the inner fender using the supplied mounting bracket.
To retain factory functionality, the CCV catch can installs inline between the crankcase ventilation (CCV) port and the intake pipe.
At low engine loads, the system experiences atmospheric pressure. During wide-open throttle (WOT), high crankcase flow would normally carry oil and sludge into the intake system. The CCV catch can captures these contaminants and returns clean, filtered air to the intake.
Includes
- Baffled oil catch can
- Tacoma-specific mounting bracket
- AN adapter fittings and hose ends
- Stainless steel mounting hardware
- Radium PCV hose
