Terms for product returns:

  • You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
  • The products must be unused and without damages
  • Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
  • For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

The REVIN Short Shifter for VW Golf MK3 models is designed for the driver who wants to get rid of the long and uncertain movement paths of the original gear lever. This underbody mount model has been developed specifically for Golf MK3 / Jetta MK3 platforms with 02A or early 02J transmissions , and it brings a completely new level of precision and control to gear changes.

The gear lever travel is significantly shortened, the feel becomes more mechanical and each gear engages precisely – just as it should in a sporty VAG car.

40% shorter gear range

The shift lever travel is reduced by approximately 40% , making gear changes faster and clearer. The result is immediate response and precise feel without any extra movement.

Self-centering spring

The integrated self-centering spring automatically returns the gear lever to the center position and reduces lateral movement by up to 95% . This improves gear selection reliability and effectively compensates for transmission wear.

355 mm height from tunnel

The gear knob is positioned approximately 355 mm above the gearshift tunnel , bringing the gear lever closer to the steering wheel. This shortens the hand movement and improves control, especially when driving at high speeds and on winding roads.

Chassis mounted construction

The REVIN Short Shifter is mounted to the frame , not directly to the transmission like the original solution. This reduces flex, improves stiffness, and makes the shifting feel noticeably more precise and mechanical.

Gear lockout

An integrated gear lock prevents incorrect gear changes. Reverse, 5th and 6th gears are only engaged when the lock is activated by lifting the collar under the gear knob.

Customizable appearance

The gear lever has an M12x1.5 thread , so you can use the original gear knob or install an aftermarket model of your choice.

Installation under OEM plastics

Designed for bolt-on installation under the original interior plastics. Installation is possible without significant modifications, and the end result remains clean and factory-style.
