Welcome to our TTE1300 Stage 3 Twin-Scroll Turbocharger upgrade for the McLaren 720S 4.0-liter V8 M840T. The largest hybrids available.
To construct a pair of TTE1300 turbos we removed the original compressors and employed a far larger and more efficient billet wheel and milled the compressor cover to the optimum gap to match the new compressor profile. We also fitted the largest 9 blade Low-Mass turbines you can fit in the turbine housings for greater flow and lower exhaust gas temperatures at high boost and designed and fitted our upgrade bearing pack for durability. This combination gives the Greatest power potential but also a fast boost response for the Ultimate hybrid turbocharger upgrade.
Equilibrium
Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as Longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics as well. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieve our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the Ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document.
