Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

TTE410 5147 BMW N20 - Upgrade Turbo + HFIS

Introducing the TTE410 5147 upgrade hybrid turbocharger, designed for BMW's four-cylinder N20 gasoline engine. The package also includes a High Flow Intake System (HFIS), which optimizes air intake and improves performance and throttle response.

In the TTE410 design, the original compressor is replaced with a significantly larger and more efficient 51 mm billet-type 6+6 blade compressor wheel. The compressor housing is precisely machined to match the profile of the new compressor for optimal clearance. In addition, the original exhaust turbine is replaced with a larger 9-blade version, and the turbine housing is CNC-machined for a 47 mm outlet, allowing for better exhaust gas flow and lower back pressure.

The included TTE HFIS (High Flow Intake System) features a CNC-machined billet intake and a silicone intake pipe, ensuring maximum airflow to the compressor for optimal power and response.

Balancing is a key part of TTE turbocharger manufacturing, as both durability and performance are paramount. Each component is first balanced at low speeds (up to 2800 rpm) in multiple planes. After assembly, the CHRA unit is dynamically balanced at speeds up to 250,000 rpm using VSR equipment, achieving significantly higher precision than OEM standards. Each turbo is delivered with a balancing report with a unique serial number.
