Measuring 580mm x 150mm x 135.4mm + 580mm x 62mm x 70mm (staged intercooler: 14.3 liters), the Competition cooler offers a flow area that is 44.3% larger and an impressive core volume that is 101.4% larger than the original cooler.
The die-cast aluminum end caps are designed using the latest CAD technology and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. The intercooler core allows sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, through a custom air guide. This kit is perfect for racing use and provides optimal charge air cooling, significantly improving performance.
The Wagner Tuning intercooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that provides excellent thermal conductivity and protects the intercooler from environmental influences. This ensures a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation is effortless using the original mounting points. A TÜV certificate is included, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
