To create our TTE650 Stage we replace the original compressors and replace with more efficient newer designed larger TTE Billet compressors with extended tip technology for more power and good spool characteristics and still keeping the original K16 turbocharger turbines but clipping the original blades for greater flow with lower exhaust gas temperatures and using a Motorsport type bearing system.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e \u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEquilibrium\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePrecisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as Longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics as well. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieve our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the Ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM.
