The system does not feature exhaust valves, so its sporty sound characteristics are always available.

The system is made of SS304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and withstands high temperatures. CNC-bent pipes ensure precise and repeatable geometry, as well as an exact fit to the vehicle's original mounting points.

The joints are TIG welded, ensuring clean and tight weld seams. The system uses 10 mm thick CNC-machined flanges, which ensure sufficient structural rigidity and stable connections between the different sections of the exhaust system. The 70 mm catback design reduces exhaust flow resistance compared to the original exhaust system.

Technical specifications

Pipe diameter: 70 mm / 2.75”

Material: SS304 stainless steel

CNC-machined flanges, thickness: 10 mm

Welding technique: TIG

Exhaust valve control: none

Compatibility

Toyota GR Yaris Gen 1 GXPA16 1.6 Turbo G16E-GTS 2020–03/2024

https://www.qtparts.fi/en/products/fmic-pro-catback-exhaust-system-toyota-gr-yaris-1-6t-g16e-gts-2020-2024
