Dual Catch Can Kit for Honda S2000 All Right-Hand Drive and 2006–2009 Left-Hand Drive Fluid Lock Radium Engineering
Compatibility
- Honda S2000 right-hand drive models
- 2006–2009 Honda S2000 left-hand drive models
Overview
Radium Engineering Fluid Lock® catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.
The Honda S2000 dual catch can system consists of independent PCV and Crankcase catch cans that operate as a closed-loop system. They do not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making them emissions and track legal while maintaining negative crankcase pressure and preventing unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin.
Features
- Improves engine performance with cleaner intake air
- Helps prevent oil buildup in the intake, intercooler, throttle body, and intake manifold
- Excessive oil collection can indicate engine wear
- Reduces hydrocarbon emissions
- Capacity: 7 fluid ounces
- Height (without fittings): 5 inches
- Outside diameter: 2.45 inches

Description
The 20-0099-FL Dual Catch Can Kit combines both the Crankcase and PCV catch can systems to provide complete crankcase ventilation protection.
The Crankcase catch can installs inline with the 1/2-inch valve cover breather port. During wide-open throttle (WOT), it captures oil vapors, blow-by gases, and fuel residue before they enter the intake system. For turbocharged and supercharged vehicles, it also helps prevent oil from accumulating in the intercooler and charge piping, preserving cooling efficiency and engine performance.
The PCV catch can installs inline with the 3/8-inch positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve. During idle, low-load cruising, and deceleration, it captures crankcase vapors, unburned fuel, and oil sludge before they enter the intake manifold. Because the Fluid Lock® catch can is pressure sealed, it is suitable for boosted applications where the PCV system remains connected to the intake manifold.
Together, both catch cans provide the highest level of engine protection while helping maintain cleaner intake components and consistent engine performance.
