Our story didn't start in a boardroom; it was born in garages and on racetracks. As lifelong automotive enthusiasts – builders, tuners, and racers – we experienced firsthand how modern engine oils were no longer meeting expectations. Over time, we've seen how large oil companies have reduced additive content and compromised quality due to tightening regulations and the pursuit of larger margins. For those of us who push engines to their limits – high RPMs, high boost pressures, and track use – current products simply aren't enough.
We noticed these alarming trends more and more at racetracks and in our conversations with engine builders. More than a year before the release of our first batch, we delved deep into the science of lubrication chemistry, working closely with top-tier formulators and thoroughly testing our blends. Our goal was clear: to create an oil we could trust in our own engines and to offer it to other enthusiasts who demand nothing less than excellence. Finding the right suppliers and refineries was not easy, as few were willing to produce batches that challenged the boundaries of traditional formulations and regulatory requirements. But we didn't give up.
Motor Milk™ lubricants are founded on technical excellence. We use very high viscosity base oils, selected for their exceptional thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and the strength of their lubricating film under extreme conditions. Our formulations contain some of the market's highest concentrations of premium esters, ensuring excellent shear stability, rapid lubrication during cold starts, and consistent protection at high temperatures.
We carefully optimize SAPS (Sulfated Ash, Phosphorus, and Sulfur) values to achieve the ideal balance between effective wear protection and compatibility with modern emission systems and classic engine designs. Every Motor Milk™ product contains an elevated amount of ZDDP (Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate), a crucial anti-wear and anti-corrosion additive. It provides critical protection for camshafts, lifters, bearings, and other highly loaded engine components, especially under severe stress and racing conditions.
For those interested in the details: our formulations are based on the highest quality esters and polyalphaolefins, sourced from leading international suppliers. Premium base oils come from Petronas, ENI, and S-Oil, and are shipped to the Netherlands for blending and further processing. Production is carried out in collaboration with selected laboratories and refineries across Europe, chosen for their technical expertise and precision. All our partner refineries operate under exclusive agreements that prevent them from producing our formulations for other customers. Each blend is manufactured exclusively for the Motor Milk™ brand, ensuring full control over formulation, quality, and performance. In short: we make our own products – without compromise.
