Shipping Policy

On this page, you will find information about ordering, shipping, and payment for purchases made from the QT Parts online store, as well as guidelines for returns and warranties.

The products in the online store are sold by QT Parts / Lakeus Trading Oy. Business ID: 3241228-8.

Product prices include a 25.5% value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are selected by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by proceeding to checkout, selecting "Pay," and following the instructions. By placing an order, you accept these shipping terms, product prices, and the shipping costs based on your chosen delivery method. An order confirmation will be sent via email when the order is placed. Keep the confirmation for reference.

The order confirmation includes:
– Order number
– Order details
– Product prices and total amount

Pre-orders

Some products may be available for pre-order, meaning they are not yet manufactured and will be shipped once they are produced. Pre-orders may have longer delivery times.

If, for any reason, QT Parts cannot fulfill a pre-order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

In-stock products are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. The total delivery time includes an additional 1–4 business days plus the time required by the chosen shipping provider.

If the product is out of stock, it will be backordered. The delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks, depending from your location.

Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a "Order Ready" email with a tracking code. Ready orders are handed over to the shipping company on the same day. We recommend tracking your delivery, especially for urgent orders.

QT Parts is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as shipping company delays, supplier delays or website server issues.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We use third-party shipping providers. Available options are shown at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. Any claims for incorrect deliveries or defective products must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returns

All in-stock products have a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have the right to return part or all of your order. (Note, for pre-order products, we refund 50% of the products value) For returns we charge a fee of 21,90€ for handling.

If you wish to return a product, please notify us first—unclaimed packages are not considered valid returns. Returned or exchanged products must be in new, sellable condition and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you do not pick up your package from the designated pickup point within the given timeframe, a fee of €14.90-99,90€ will be charged, depending on the shipping costs (varies by country)

Changing or Canceling an Order

You can modify or cancel your order by emailing parts@qtperformance.fi. You will receive confirmation of the change or cancellation by email. Refunds are processed within a few business days. However, once you have received a "Order Ready" email, the order can no longer be changed or canceled, as it has already been processed and handed over to the shipping provider.

Customs & Taxes

For customers within the EU, prices include VAT, and no additional customs fees or import taxes apply.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be required, depending on your country's regulations. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Agreement

By placing an order in our online store, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract. Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation when your items are dispatched.

The agreement between the buyer and the seller is legally binding upon order confirmation. It only covers the products confirmed in the shipping confirmation. We are not obligated to ship any additional products in your order until they have been separately confirmed.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and verify the order confirmation for any errors.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control), the agreement may be terminated without either party being liable for compensation, or delivery times may be extended.

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: war, natural disasters, fire, communication failures, power outages, unexpected illness, and transportation industry strikes. If such an event prevents delivery or makes it unreasonably difficult, the seller is not obligated to fulfill the contract.

The seller is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to fulfill the contract due to force majeure. The contract may also be canceled in such cases.
