If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Cylinder head stud bolt kit for all EA824 4.0 TFSI V8 engines.

The BAR-TEK® studs feature an internal hex for easy installation. Thanks to the tapered design at the engine block end of the studs, they do not seat against the thread flanks when tightened, but rather at the bottom of the thread in the engine block. This design reduces stress on the threads and protects them, especially when a racing engine is repeatedly disassembled and reassembled.

• Made from ultra-pure 18.8 tool steel
• All threads rolled for maximum strength
• Tapered guide section for preload, allowing for optimal force distribution across all thread turns
• Internal hex for easy installation
• Tensile strength over 1800 N/mm² (270,000 psi)
• Nickel coating for excellent corrosion protection

A significant advantage of the BAR-TEK® stud bolt kit is that the nuts and washers included in the kit also have a tensile strength of 1800 N/mm².

Up to 35% higher yield strength than ARP bolts.

Tightening is performed in three stages, just like the OEM procedure. The final tightening torque is 110 Nm.
