The development of the new EGO-X Performance exhaust system for Audi A6/A7 C8 55 TFSI Mild-Hybrid quattro models has been successfully completed.

Designed for the 3.0-liter V6 TFSI engine, this exhaust system combines a sporty sound profile, excellent performance, and pleasant drivability for everyday use.

The product is now available for pre-order. Final preparations are currently underway ahead of the start of series production and the first deliveries.

Like all EGO-X exhaust systems, this system is designed, tested, and manufactured in its entirety at the HG-Motorsport factory in Lübeck, Germany.

Designed for maximum flow and a sporty V6 sound profile

The new EGO-X exhaust system is dual-track, with a pipe diameter of 76 mm (3 inches) starting from the original downpipes.

The flow-optimized design of the entire system reduces exhaust backpressure and enables efficient flow for both stock and tuned vehicles.

Two individually sized absorption mufflers and two electronically controlled exhaust flaps provide a balance between a powerful V6 sound and comfort on long drives.

As with all EGO-X exhaust systems, this system is designed and manufactured at the HG-Motorsport factory in Lübeck. The product's fitment, sound, and performance are carefully tested.

The development of the EGO-X exhaust system for the Audi A6 C8 model is complete.

This flapped exhaust system is ECE type-approved, allowing it to be used in road traffic without separate registration or inspection in accordance with the approval conditions.

The ECE-approved system is not subject to so-called exhaust flap bans and automatically meets the designated operating conditions.
