Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

Dorch DS15 HPFP Upgrade | BMW B58 GEN1

After extensive product development, Dorch Engineering is launching the world's first high-pressure fuel pump upgrade for BMW's B58 GEN1 engines. The DS15 offers a significant improvement in fuel delivery and enables power levels of up to approximately 600 whp – depending on the tune and ethanol blend used.

This is a completely plug & play solution that installs directly in place of the original pump without any modifications. Everything works seamlessly with the car's original DME control, maintaining OEM-level safety and control.

Fuel Flow (Reference Values)

Maximum flow (cc/crankshaft revolution) for different pumps:

• Standard B58 (HDP5 Evo): 0.954 cc/rev
• Standard B58TU (HDP6): 1.178 cc/rev
• Dorch Stage 1: 1.299 cc/rev
• Dorch Stage 2: 1.558 cc/rev

Note: Actual flow depends on the engine's camshaft profile (lift and number of lobes).

Software Requirements

Pump operation requires a software update:

• Bootmod3, MHD, or MG Flasher: select HPFP upgrade when flashing
• Other solutions: send .BIN file to Dorch Engineering for calibration
• Software update is free for Dorch customers

For full E85 use, a Stage 2 HPFP upgrade is generally recommended (depends on the tuner)
