Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Dorch B58 Gen1 DS3 HPFP

After significant product development and research, we are proud to introduce the single high-pressure fuel pump with the largest flow capacity on the market: the DS3 (Dorch Stage 3). This is our pump with the largest piston diameter to date and the best flow, enabling a massive power increase with a simple HPFP replacement.

The DS3 offers the same reliable, OEM drop-in solution that our customers are accustomed to, but it provides 20% more fuel capacity than our DS25 model.

As with all our kits, the hose routing matches the original design, so there are no interferences when changing ignition coils or spark plugs. Installation does not require cutting, bending, or crimping pipes, and the kit includes an OEM-quality high-pressure fuel line. The kit is a direct fit, and the Digital Motor Electronics (DME) controls it in exactly the same way as the factory-installed pump.

By combining this pump with Dorch performance injectors and one of our camshaft solutions, you can achieve unprecedented, four-digit direct injection power figures.

Software Requirements

This pump requires software modifications.

• If you use Bootmod3, MHD, or MG Flasher, simply select the Dorch pump upgrade when flashing the software.
• In other cases, send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com, and the necessary software modifications can be implemented using WinOLS software.
