Terms for product returns:

  • You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
  • The products must be unused and without damages
  • Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
  • For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Eventuri Turbo Tube - Toyota GR Yaris / Corolla

The Eventuri Carbon Turbo Tube for the Toyota GR Yaris and GR Corolla is designed to provide a less restrictive air intake for the turbocharger. This improves throttle response and allows boost pressure to be achieved earlier in the rev range.

Our development goal was clear: to increase the available air volume while maintaining a smooth, laminar airflow. Achieving these goals required a complete redesign of the original turbocharger pre-intake system, balancing greater volume with optimized flow characteristics.

As a result of extensive development and testing, we increased the internal volume of the turbo tube from 1,300 cm³ to 2,200 cm³ – almost 70 percent. Most of the volume increase has been achieved in the lower part of the tube, around the critical bend leading towards the turbocharger. The original component is particularly restrictive in this area, while the redesigned geometry creates a significantly larger air reserve immediately before the turbocharger. This contained air volume allows the turbocharger to draw air from a less restrictive source, reduces wastegate duty cycle, and noticeably improves throttle response.

The main tube is made from pre-preg carbon fiber, which provides an exceptionally rigid structure and prevents the tube from deforming under the vacuum created by the turbocharger. The tube connects seamlessly to a custom nitrile rubber coupling, which in turn attaches to a precision-machined CNC aluminum flange. The flange attaches directly to the turbocharger.

The system is also designed with future upgrades in mind. Thanks to the modular CNC-machined flange, the system can be adapted to larger hybrid turbos by simply changing the flange. Alternative flanges are available separately.

The Eventuri GR4 Carbon Turbo Tube consists of several components, each designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest quality standards. We use 100% pre-preg carbon fiber, without fiberglass, which allows the inner surface of the tube to be extremely smooth and optimally maintain airflow. Below is a description of each component and its design rationale.

Carbon Fiber Turbo Tube

The main tube is made from pre-preg carbon fiber. This construction allows for a very smooth inner surface, which helps maintain laminar airflow. The tube features an OEM-like mounting point to secure it to the engine, as well as breather connections for plug & play installation.

Comparison with OEM

When comparing the tubes side-by-side, the most significant volume increase is seen in the bend leading to the turbocharger. The OEM tube is severely restrictive in this area, causing airflow constriction, especially at higher boost pressures.

In the Eventuri tube, this area has been significantly enlarged, and the bend radius has been optimized for smoother airflow towards the turbocharger. The result is a doubling of the available contained air volume, improving throttle response. Due to the lower flow resistance, peak boost pressure is also achieved earlier.

Increasing the internal volume from 1,300 cm³ to 2,200 cm³ represents an almost 70 percent increase.

Comparison with OEM

The graph below shows the Eventuri Turbo Tube overlaid with scan data of the OEM tube. The OEM tube is shown in brass, and the Eventuri tube is transparent. The image clearly shows the areas where volume has been increased and the airflow path optimized.

Coupler

The carbon fiber tube connects to our custom nitrile rubber coupler, which is reinforced with stiffening ribs to withstand the vacuum created by the turbocharger. The design facilitates installation, as the coupler can be installed before the carbon fiber tube.

The inner surface of the coupler is smooth, and its internal transitions are designed to allow seamless airflow from the carbon fiber tube to the machined turbo flange.

Turbo Flange

The CNC-machined turbo flange attaches to the turbocharger, completing the airflow path. The flange can be replaced with an alternative version if needed, which we offer separately for larger turbocharger applications.
