Mikäli tuotetta ei ole varastossa ja kyseessä on tilaustuote, keskimääräinen toimitusaika on 5-14 arkipäivää.   Mikäli tuotteen toimitusaika on pidempi, ilmoitamme siitä.

FMIC.Pro valve-controlled catback exhaust system – BMW M2 F87 3.0T N55 2015–2018

The FMIC.Pro catback exhaust system is designed to improve exhaust flow and deliver a distinctly sportier sound.

The system's 70 mm (2.75”) pipe diameter and muffler design produce a deeper and fuller sound under load. At the same time, ride comfort is maintained during normal driving, especially when the exhaust valves are closed.

The system is made entirely of SS304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and high operating temperatures. CNC-bent pipes ensure uniform geometry and precise fitment to the vehicle's original mounting points. Installation is straightforward and follows the plug & play principle.

All welded joints are TIG welded under argon gas protection. This produces clean, finished, and completely sealed connections, which are essential for the long-term durability of the system.

CNC-machined 10 mm thick flanges are used at the connection points. They increase structural rigidity, reduce the risk of deformation caused by thermal cycles, and ensure even compression pressure on the gasket across the entire connection surface.

The system features integrated electronic exhaust valves that control exhaust flow at the rear:

• Valves closed: Exhaust gases pass through the entire muffler system, producing a subdued sound and good ride comfort for daily driving.

• Valves open: Exhaust gases bypass the rear muffler, resulting in a louder, more direct, and sportier sound.

Thanks to this solution, the driver can adjust the exhaust system's sound according to driving conditions and personal preferences. The exhaust valves are controlled by the included control unit and two remote controls, which allow the operating mode to be switched instantly.

To achieve the best performance potential, it is recommended to use the FMIC.Pro catback system in conjunction with a high-flow downpipe. This is particularly recommended for turbocharged engines.
