FMIC.Pro valved cat-back exhaust system Lexus IS250 II 2.5L V6 2005–2012

The FMIC.Pro cat-back exhaust system is designed to improve exhaust gas flow and produce a distinctly sportier sound.

The 63 mm / 2.5” pipe diameter combined with the muffler design produces a deeper and fuller sound under load while retaining ride comfort in normal driving – especially with the exhaust valves closed.

The exhaust system is made entirely of SS304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and high operating temperatures. CNC-bent pipes ensure consistent geometry and a precise fit to the car's original mounting points. Installation is straightforward and follows the plug & play principle. All welds are TIG welded under argon shielding, which ensures clean, finished and fully sealed joints – this is essential for long-term durability.

CNC-machined 10 mm thick flanges are used at the joints. They increase the rigidity of the structure, reduce the risk of deformation caused by heat cycles and ensure even clamping pressure on the gasket across the entire joint surface.

The system has integrated electronic exhaust valves that control the flow of exhaust gases at the rear:

Closed mode – exhaust gases pass through the entire muffler system, producing a subdued sound and high ride comfort for everyday driving.

Open mode – exhaust gases bypass the rear muffler, making the exhaust sound louder, more direct and sportier.

This allows the driver to adjust the sound characteristics of the exhaust system to the driving conditions and personal preference. The valves are controlled with the included control unit and two remote controls, which allow instant switching between modes.

For the best performance potential, the FMIC.Pro cat-back exhaust system is recommended to be combined with a high-flow downpipe (especially on turbocharged engines).
