If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

For drivers who want more than just a striking look and lowering within the tested adjustment range, KW V2 offers the perfect suspension solution. Stainless steel shock absorbers and corrosion-resistant components ensure excellent durability, and you can also adjust the rebound damping (16 clicks) to your specific needs. More comfort or more sportiness – you decide

As with all KW coilovers, our engineers develop vehicle-specific damping settings, which are thoroughly tested on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in KW's 7-post driving dynamics center. With KW coilover suspension, the driving experience becomes more dynamic and precise.

Thanks to the adjustable rebound damping of the KW V2 series, you can significantly influence the car's handling and comfort. With 16 precise adjustment "clicks", you can make the dampers stiffer or more comfortable without affecting the low-speed compression valve.

Depending on the vehicle, the rebound damping of KW twin-tube shock absorbers is adjusted using an integrated adjustment wheel at the top of the piston rod or with the supplied adjustment tool. When you increase the rebound damping, body movements are reduced, the car stays more stable on its line, and cornering at high speeds improves.

If, for example, you change to a larger wheel and tire size (manufacturer approved), the KW V2 allows for fine-tuning the driving characteristics to perfectly match the new setup.

As a German manufacturer, we offer a 2-year warranty on our more than 4600 suspension solutions, which exceed OEM quality. The warranty can be extended up to 5 years when installation is performed by an authorized KW dealer.

KW coilover shock absorbers are 100% stainless and durable in all weather conditions, ensuring a virtually unlimited lifespan. All components are designed for long-term use. Even after salt spray tests, KW suspensions remain oxidation-free, and height adjustment does not deteriorate even after years.

Adjustment – adjustable rebound damping (16 clicks)

The KW V2 offers 16-stage rebound damping adjustment. This adjustment affects driving dynamics, for example, when changing the entire wheel/tire set or installing winter tires.

You can adjust the damping of the weather-resistant KW V2 suspension to be either sportier or more comfortable according to your preferences. This suspension is suitable for demanding drivers who want more than just adjustable lowering.
