If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

KW V2 Comfort coilovers – for drivers who value driving comfort

The KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension is designed for drivers who value driving comfort in everyday use. If your vehicle's original suspension feels too stiff or your current aftermarket sports suspension does not meet your comfort expectations, the KW V2 Comfort offers an excellent solution.

The suspension combines moderate lowering (with a vehicle-specific adjustment range of 10–40 mm) and comfort-oriented shock absorber adjustment. The adjustment was developed by KW test engineers under numerous everyday driving and test bench conditions, including KW's own 7-post test rig.

Too hard suspension? KW Street Comfort is the answer

On long motorway stretches or winding country roads, the KW V2 Comfort coilovers offer a pleasant and controlled driving experience. The shorter shock absorber housings enable high driving comfort despite the lowering.

The suspension and damping characteristics of the chassis have been optimized to work seamlessly together. In addition, the KW V2 Comfort allows for individual adjustment of the rebound damping, allowing the chassis to be fine-tuned to the driver's driving style and comfort preferences.

Adjustable comfort – no more compromises

The rebound damping of the KW V2 Comfort coilovers is adjustable in 16 precise click steps. The adjustment only affects the rebound damping, not the compression damping, which allows for fine-tuning of comfort and handling without side effects.

By increasing the rebound damping, body movement is reduced and the vehicle's directional stability and cornering characteristics are improved. If larger wheel and tire combinations are installed on the vehicle than the original, the damping can be adjusted to match the new driving characteristics. Alternatively, the rebound damping can be lightened by a few clicks for maximum comfort.

Lowering 10–40 mm

The KW V2 Comfort coilovers are made of stainless steel using KW's renowned inox-line technology. This allows for vehicle-specific lowering within a tested adjustment range of 10–40 mm, without a fixed lowering as with conventional spring sets.

Thanks to high-quality materials and careful workmanship, the KW shock absorbers made of stainless steel are completely corrosion-resistant and durable. The dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and composite adjustment nut ensure that the height adjustment functions even after years of use.

Individual height adjustment allows you to subtly emphasize the vehicle's sporty appearance without compromising on comfort.
