To ensure the perfect suspension, we conduct tests on KW's 7-post test rig and extensive road tests on highways, motorways, and even the Nürburgring Nordschleife. The KW V3 has been one of the top aftermarket products for years and a benchmark for coilover suspensions. Just like in the KW Racing series competition suspensions, the compression and rebound damping in KW V3 are independently adjustable. This individual adjustment capability is highly valued by car manufacturers, tuners, and drivers worldwide.
The Perfect Chassis for Enhanced Driving Pleasure
If your vehicle has already undergone performance-enhancing modifications, the KW V3 perfectly complements them. Patented KW valve technology allows for separate adjustment of compression and rebound damping, enabling individual chassis tuning. The adjustable KW low-speed valve allows for fine-tuning of the low-speed compression damping with 12 precise clicks.
You don't need special tools, as compression damping is adjusted directly via a knob at the bottom of the stainless steel housing. This allows for body roll control without changing the spring rate.
The separately adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3 directly affects handling and comfort. Adjustment is made, depending on the vehicle, either by an integrated adjustment wheel at the top of the piston rod or with the included adjustment tool.
By increasing rebound damping, body movements can be reduced and driving stability improved, especially at high speeds and during cornering. For example, when switching to larger, manufacturer-approved wheel and tire sizes, the KW V3 allows for precise optimization of handling.
High-Quality, Individual, and Durable
The KW V3 coilover kit and every shock absorber undergo extensive quality tests during production to meet KW's high quality standards. This allows KW to offer a warranty of up to five years when installed by an authorized dealer. The stainless steel inox-line construction is completely rust-free and extremely durable.
The stepless height adjustment functions reliably even after years of use, thanks to the dirt-repellent trapezoidal thread and composite adjustment collar. The individual lowering emphasizes the vehicle's sporty appearance – a feature highly popular in the performance-focused tuning world.
