Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Overview

This kit is specifically designed for the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra equipped with the 3UR-FE engine. Installation requires no drilling or permanent vehicle modifications.

If your vehicle is equipped with a TRD or other aftermarket supercharger, verify that the catch can mounting location is not occupied by intercooler piping or other supercharger components before installation.

An oil catch can helps protect the engine from excessive crankcase blow-by generated during normal and performance driving. By removing oil-contaminated vapors before they re-enter the intake system, it helps maintain engine performance and reduce carbon buildup.

Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.

Description

Radium Engineering offers two closed-loop catch can systems for the Toyota Tundra that can be used individually or together. These systems do not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making them emissions and track legal. Clean, filtered air is returned to the engine while maintaining negative crankcase pressure for improved performance and preventing oil vapors from entering the cabin.

The 20-0238-FL PCV Catch Can Kit installs inline with the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve.

When intake manifold pressure is close to or greater than atmospheric pressure, the PCV check valve closes and no flow occurs through the hose. During idle, light cruising, and deceleration, metered vacuum draws crankcase gases through the catch can, preventing oil vapor, unburned fuel, and sludge from entering the intake manifold after high-load driving.

Because Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, they are also suitable for supercharged and turbocharged applications, allowing a direct connection to the intake manifold.
