If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Overview

Radium Engineering Fluid Lock® catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick. The kit includes everything required for a complete installation.

The dual catch can system combines independent PCV and CCV catch cans to provide complete crankcase ventilation protection. Both systems operate as a fully closed-loop design, removing oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they enter the intake system while preventing unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin.

Description

The 20-0787-FL Dual Catch Can Kit combines both the PCV and CCV catch can systems to provide the highest level of protection for Gen IV LS-powered Corvettes.

The PCV catch can mounts to the front right-hand side of the cylinder head and installs inline between the PCV system and the intake manifold. It captures oil vapor, fuel residue, and sludge before they enter the intake manifold. Because Gen IV LS engines use a fixed 2.5 mm PCV orifice rather than a conventional PCV valve, the kit includes a replacement baffled oil cap to improve crankcase ventilation efficiency.

The CCV catch can captures oil vapor and blow-by gases from the crankcase vent system before they enter the intake pipe. During wide-open throttle (WOT), this helps prevent oil contamination of the intake system and maintains cleaner intake components.

Together, both catch cans provide complete crankcase ventilation protection while helping maintain engine performance and reliability.
