If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Overview

Radium Engineering Fluid Lock® catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.

The PCV and Crankcase catch can systems operate independently and are available individually or together as a dual kit. These closed-loop systems do not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making them emissions and track legal while promoting negative crankcase pressure and preventing unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin.

The kits mount using factory mounting locations and fit beneath the factory engine cover with no cutting, drilling, or permanent vehicle modifications required.

Description

The Dual Catch Can Kit combines both the PCV and Crankcase catch can systems to provide complete crankcase ventilation protection.

The PCV catch can mounts to the front right-hand engine mount and installs inline with the factory PCV valve, capturing metered crankcase vapors, unburned fuel, and oil sludge before they reach the intake manifold. Because the Fluid Lock® catch can is pressure sealed, it is ideal for this turbocharged application and permits direct intake manifold connection.

The Crankcase catch can mounts to the two factory ECU mounting studs on the rear left-hand side of the engine bay and installs inline with the crankcase vent hose. During high engine load (WOT), it captures oil vapor and sludge before they can contaminate the intake piping and intercooler.

Working together, both Fluid Lock® catch cans help keep the intake system cleaner, maintain intercooler efficiency, and support long-term engine performance and reliability.
