If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler kit is designed to improve the charge air cooling of Audi A6 and A7 models with 3.0 BiTDI engines. Its larger cooling capacity, optimized flow, and lower back pressure support engine performance, especially in vehicles with ECU tunes and those used under higher loads.

Features

Increased Flow Area and Charge Air Volume

The intercooler core measures 610 x 440 x 65 mm, with a total volume of 17.4 liters. The flow area is 178% larger and the charge air volume is 158% larger compared to the original intercooler.

The increased cooling capacity allows for lower charge air temperatures and more consistent performance under load.

Optimized Flow

The Competition Tube Fin core design with internal turbulence guides is engineered for efficient heat transfer. CFD-simulated cast aluminum end tanks improve air distribution within the core and reduce flow resistance.

Direct Installation

The kit utilizes the original mounting points, allowing for installation without structural modifications. The connection size has been increased to Ø67 mm, and reinforced silicone hoses are included in the delivery.

Durable Construction

The intercooler weighs 9.1 kg and has been tested for pressure resistance up to 6 bar. An anti-corrosion coating maintains good thermal conductivity and protects the intercooler during long-term use.
