If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Ford F-150 Raptor Gen 2 – 108% larger volume and lower backpressure

• Significant performance improvement due to 108% larger charge air volume: The stepped core measures 500 mm x 388 mm x 125 mm, providing a total volume of 19.9 liters. This results in a 62% larger flow area and a 108% increase in charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. The end result is that the engine receives significantly more cool, dense air, which noticeably improves performance even in demanding off-road driving.
• Optimal airflow and low backpressure: At the heart of the system is a high-quality Competition High-Performance core that offers excellent cooling efficiency with extremely low backpressure. This is crucial for improving boost pressure stability and engine throttle response. The cast aluminum end tanks have been optimized using CAD design and CFD flow simulations, maximizing internal airflow and efficiency. The lightweight construction, weighing only 13.2 kg, does not add unnecessary load and helps maintain excellent driving characteristics.
• Complete kit for easy installation: Installation is direct, utilizing the original mounting points. The kit also includes the necessary mounting hardware for relocating the original oil cooler and adapting the original fan shroud. This allows the intercooler to be integrated into the vehicle seamlessly and installed effortlessly. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity ensures long-lasting and effective cooling even in demanding conditions.
