Comp. Intercooler kit for VW Transporter T6 / T6.1 2.0 BiTDI / 2.0TDI models.

The new high-performance intercooler cell with impressive dimensions of 150 mm x 185 mm x 114 mm has been specially designed to meet the high demands of the VW BiTDI engine. Compared to the original intercooler, the external cell volume of the cooler is up to 106% larger . The optimized ratio between internal and external cooling surfaces allows for maximum heat transfer and optimal airflow.

Developed using CAD design and CFD flow simulations, the cast aluminum end cases ensure excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure . The end result is effectively cooled charge air and a clear performance improvement for the engine.

WagnerTuning intercoolers use a high-quality, heat-conducting, anti-corrosion coating that ensures long-lasting cooling performance and protects components from external stress. Installation is quick and easy thanks to the plug-and-play design and clear installation instructions.

Upgrade the performance of your VW T6 with a WagnerTuning power intercooler and enjoy an even better driving experience.
