Experience performance optimization with the Wagner Tuning Upgrade water cooler, which was specially developed for the 2.0L B48 and 3.0L B58 turbo engines. The specified BMW & Toyota models benefit from an advanced indirect charge air cooling circuit, which no longer cools the charge air with ambient air as usual, but through a special cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature therefore means a direct improvement in the cooling performance of the charge air.
The Wagner Tuning Upgrade water cooler impresses with its newly developed competition racing mesh, which increases the cooler volume of the standard water cooler by an impressive 117%. The optimized ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows sufficient air flow for adjacent components such as the engine water cooler. Due to the increased amount of cooling water, the system thermals remain at a lower level for a longer period of time. Each Wagner Tuning water cooler is equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating that ensures a permanent cooling effect. Thanks to our user-friendly installation instructions, the system is easy to install and almost plug & play.
