Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Original BAR-TEK® Sport valve spring kit for 2.5L TFSI engines, as found in Audi TT RS and Audi RS3 models.

A high-quality solution for tuning enthusiasts: The BAR-TEK® Sport valve spring kit is made from hardened special steel and equipped with titanium spring retainers. The kit is suitable for all 2.5L TFSI engines (EA855 / EA855 evo) used in models such as Audi RS3 and TT RS.

These valve springs feature an optimized spring rate, which improves engine response and reaction time. The titanium spring retainers lighten the valvetrain, allowing for higher boost pressure and increased RPMs without reliability issues.

When to upgrade to sport valve springs?

When increasing engine boost pressure or installing tuning camshafts (e.g., SCHRICK), the original valve springs are often no longer sufficient. This can result in:

BAR-TEK® sport valve springs eliminate these risks and ensure reliable operation in tuned engines.

Design and Technology

The valve springs are made from heat-treated special steel, which provides high strength and durability. Additionally:

• Special coating increases wear resistance
• Greater material thickness compared to standard springs
• Oval shape allows for greater valve lift
• Conical design reduces mass and improves operation

The optimized design prevents spring coil bind and ensures correct pre-tensioning in all situations. The result is a smoother-running engine and controlled boost pressure.
