If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch.

Terms for product returns:

  • You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
  • The products must be unused and without damages
  • Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
  • For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

BAR-TEK® Oil cooler kit V2 for 1.8L & 2.0L TSI MQB EA888 Gen. 3 & Gen. 4 engines.

Newest oil cooler kit on the market for the 1.8L and 2.0L TSI engine developed by BAR-TEK®. A must have for optimal oil cooling. Especially for 3rd & 4th generation performance TSI vehicles.

Prevents high oil temperatures, ensuring constant oil pressure and optimal oil condition. This has a positive effect on the life of the TSI engine.

Our V2 kit is now even easier to install due to our new flange. In addition, we have installed a check valve in the flange, through which the oil cooler always remains filled and cannot run empty.

BAR-TEK® Complete Kit:

  • 19 rows high performance oil cooler coated
  • integrated shut off valve
  • Special BILLET flange for connection to oil filter holder
  • Water hose, O-ring and other extras
  • Nylon / steel coated high pressure lines with matching fittings and banjos
  • Complete sealing and mounting material

This kit is easy to install and due to its high quality it has a constant oil temperature and oil pressure control.

We recommend to install the latest generation of the oil riser rod to prevent oil pressure problems.

We have tested and developed this kit especially in our Golf 7 GTI.

Attention:

After the installation of the kit there may be some noise, which is harmless. The noise resembles a "whirring" which can come from the pulsations of the oil through the lines.

We recommend to use our special oil!
