Fuel pump for 2nd generation 2.0L TFSI and TSI engines

The problem with many replacement fuel pumps used in tuned engines is that the engine temporarily receives no fuel at all when cornering, when the fuel level is around ¼ tank.
This can cause the engine to stutter or even stall. With some replacement pumps, the problem is also that the original fuel pump holder has to be machined. In this case, the pump does not extend deep enough into the tank.

We have the right solution for this problem.

This low-pressure upgrade fuel pump is the same size as the original petrol pump but significantly more powerful. The pump delivers up to 300 litres per hour. Since the Plug & Play pump attaches to the catch tank in the same way as the original, there will be no more problems when cornering. This pump is essential for tuned engines.

Features:

  • flow at 3 bar / 300 litres per hour

  • E85 compatible

The pump is suitable for the following vehicles:

Type 1 – for front-wheel drive vehicles only:

  • VW Golf 5 2.0L TFSI

  • VW Golf 6 2.0L TFSI

  • Audi A3 2.0L TFSI

  • Audi A4 B7 2.0L TFSI

  • Audi TT 8J 2.0L TFSI

  • Seat Leon 1P 2.0L TFSI

  • Skoda Octavia 1Z 2.0L TFSI

Type 2 – separately for all-wheel drive and Quattro models:

  • VW Golf 6 R 2.0L TFSI

  • Audi A3 8P 2.0L TFSI (incl. S3)

  • Audi TT 8J 2.0L TFSI (incl. TTS)

The swirl pot is not compatible with some models. In this case, the pump cannot be installed, and our complete unit is required. This is recommended to be checked in advance.

Also suitable for ethanol (E85).

Dimensions:

  • width: 50.00 mm

  • height: 50.00 mm

  • length: 136.50 mm

If the pump does not work correctly, ask your software tuner to revert the pump calibrations (PWM signal) to their original values.
