Terms for product returns:
- You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
- The products must be unused and without damages
- Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
- For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
- Shipping costs are not refunded
For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

The coking at the intake valves and in the intake duct is caused by long-life oils, inferior fuel and frequent short-distance operation.
In general, the coking cannot be prevented, only delayed. That's why we recommend installing our Oil Catchtank Kit to fight the dirty gases.
The system is completely closed. With the kit, the crankcase and block vent oil vapors are directed into the catch tank. All gases go into the catch tank, are filtered and returned via a special hose to the intake, upstream of the turbocharger (only for K03 and K04 turbochargers).
The kit consists of:

- 1x oil catch tank open, size: 140mm x 80mm
- 1x holder for the Catchtank
- 1x 2 meter dash 10 lines with nylon fabric (especially oil resistant)

Note for use in cold climates:
The Catchtank is designed primarily for a warm climate.
In winter at temperatures below 0 ° C, the condensation that forms in the system can freeze. This would result in increased crankcase pressure, which can lead to engine damage. We recommend checking and draining the Catchtank system more frequently during the winter, or removing it completely for the cold period.
