Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

The Bar-Tek 2.0L TSI EA888 V3 Tuning Kit K04 is a tuning package designed for 2.0 TSI EA888 engines, clearly intended for performance levels above standard and lighter upgrades. The V3-level K04 setup is designed for applications where original components are no longer sufficient to reliably support increased airflow and fuel demands.

The package is rated for power levels of up to 500 horsepower (500 hp / approximately 368 kW) in a properly implemented setup. Bar-Tek's approach is based on component compatibility and mechanical durability, not on maximizing the load on individual parts.

Technical overview

In the V3-level K04 setup, the air intake, turbocharger, exhaust side, and fuel supply are dimensioned to support significantly higher loads than the standard solution. The K04 turbo offers greater flow capacity than the original turbo, while maintaining an installation solution compatible with the EA888 engine architecture.

The exhaust manifold and pressure-side components have been selected to reduce flow restrictions, and larger injectors ensure sufficient fuel delivery throughout the operating range. The entire system is built so that individual parts do not become limitations to the system.
