If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

More efficient fuel system for high-performance BMW S58 engines.
The BAR-TEK® low pressure fuel pump upgrade kit is a high-flow solution for the BMW S58B30 engine, found in the G8X generation BMW M2, M3 and M4 models. The system is based on OEM components and has been developed in conjunction with Walbro high-flow pumps specifically for high-performance configurations.

The series is ideally suited for engines with power levels of up to over 1000 horsepower , both in gasoline and ethanol (E85) operation .

Two Walbro pump options to choose from

Walbro 450

• suitable for power levels of around 1000 hp

Walbro 525

• suitable for power levels up to approximately 1200 hp

Integrated into OEM structure

The additional Walbro pump is integrated directly into the original fuel pump housing.
BAR-TEK uses a CNC machined aluminum manifold for this purpose, which integrates:

• external fuel lines

• connections

• fuel pressure regulator

All connections are made with PTFE fuel hoses and quick connectors , ensuring a reliable and safe installation.

A stainless steel micron filter is located under the manifold, which solves the problem of clogging of the original maintenance-free filters.

Ready for return line system

The design has a separate connection for the fuel return line , which allows the use of an external fuel pressure regulator.

• In standard installation, the connection is closed

• can be easily upgraded to a return fuel system configuration later without replacing the pump

Reliable electric control

Each set includes a high-quality Hobb switch , which ensures correct electrical control of the pump and reliable operation under various load conditions.

Pre-assembled option

As an additional service, the pump can be ordered as a pre-assembled unit :

• new original fuel pump housing

• all components pre-installed

• unit tested before delivery

In this case, installation is possible using the plug & play principle using the original connections.
