Bolt-on BMW upgrade turbocharger for older models with M57N diesel engines - E60, E61, E65 and E53 models with vacuum control and E60, E61 with electronic actuator. Easier power gain with upgraded compressor side and variable geometry. Designed to work with stock exhaust manifold and other engine units. Compatibility list written below.
Turbosystems upgrade turbocharger for BMW M57N (HTD2872) features:

- CNC machined compressor housing;
- CNC machined turbine housing;
- OEM variable geometry nozzle;
- reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 50/72mm;
- bigger turbine wheel - 51/49mm;
- refurbished housings;
- flow bench adjusted;
- Balanced is a VSR;

- dual ceramic ball bearing;
- reinforced, new generation, enlarged machined from the solid compressor wheel - 50/73mm 6+6 blades;
- enlarged 9 blades turbine wheel - 58/54mm;
- enlarged new generation variable geometry;
- new special Casting turbine housing;
- CHRA balanced is VSR;
Power range: 400+ HP
