The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days.

If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

This condition applies to the following product categories:

• Turbochargers/superchargers
• Drivetrain
• ECE-approved Downpipes

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

CP4 HPFP – Metering Valve Upgrade.

For tuning, track and off-road use only. Not for road use if it modifies emissions or safety systems.

A performance upgrade for all CP4.1 and CP4.2 High Pressure Fuel Pumps (HPFP). The valve significantly increases the pump's flow capacity and allows for greater fuel delivery to the engine during boost conditions.

More efficient flow and improved performance

• For CP4.1 pumps, the upgrade produces approximately 22% additional flow.

• The CP4.2 pump on the 3.0 TDI engine improves flow by up to 110% , which according to our tests resulted in:

  • about +50 lb-ft of torque

  • about +10 hp additional power

  • significantly better rail pressure maintenance at full throttle

Before the update, our 3.0 TDI test car suffered from a drop in fuel pressure at full throttle and intermittent limp mode — after the update, the problem went away.

For 2.0 TDI engines, the increases are smaller (around +5 lb-ft and +6 hp), but with further programming the increase can be significantly greater, especially at low revs.

Aptitude

Suitable for both VAG and BMW vehicles using:

• CP4.1 HPFP

• CP4.2 HPFP

This makes the valve a versatile upgrade for a wide range of diesel engines.

Connector type options

There are two different connector types available:

• Straight plug

• 90° angle plug

Please check the connector type of your vehicle's fuel pump valve before ordering.

Note:
If your car has a 90° “D-shaped” connector , you will need a wiring harness adapter .

Installation and considerations

• Completely plug-and-play installation

• Not necessary unless the vehicle is tuned or fuel consumption has increased

• Recommended for vehicles that have problems maintaining rail pressure after increasing power
