If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

CTS Turbo Crank Pulley Upgrade (180 mm / 187 mm / 190 mm)

The CTS Turbo crank pulley is larger than the original and is made from precision-machined T6061 aluminum. It replaces the original two-piece pulley structure and reduces the rotating mass of the crankshaft, which frees up engine power for more efficient use.

A larger pulley diameter increases the supercharger's rotational speed and boosts boost pressure. Combined with an engine management software upgrade, this allows for a significant increase in power and torque across the entire RPM range. The upgrade does not cause undue stress or abnormal wear to the supercharger or engine when used with properly tuned software.

Options:

• 180 mm – Moderate power increase, suitable for daily use.
• 187 mm – Popular mid-size, offers more boost pressure and power.
• 190 mm – Maximum supercharger overspin without a two-pulley system, requires appropriate software and cooling upgrades.

Please note:
This product should be used with performance software matching the selected pulley size. A more efficient intercooler or heat exchanger is recommended and, for larger sizes, practically essential. A software upgrade (not included) will safely optimize the air-fuel ratio, ignition timing, and boost pressure control.
